Comfortable feeling is easiness, while unease brings dis-ease. So what is exactly 'coming out of the comfort zone' in such case?
1ļøā£ Is it growing following one's natural talents or is it stressing out because one is pushed into something which is not for him?
2ļøā£ Or is it actually overcoming one's limiting beliefs about him that got into mind in one way or another?
Case 1ļøā£: Growing/developing based on talents
When one feels inspired by someone or something he is open to learning. That's an expansion of comfort zone, not exiting it. When one is excited, curious and follows his natural sparkling inspiring him interest in something, he is stretching his comfort zone automatically, just like muscles when exercised. On the contrary rapid exit brings up fears, tension, slows down learning and acquiring new skills, makes you feel dis-eased. For this reason instead of exiting your comfort zone (which can already be pretty frightening depending on how abrupt and wide is next step or jump forward), do expand it to envelope and embrace the new experience from the place of feeling it is safe and you are fully capable doing that by focusing on your abilities, successes of previous steps and inspiration, replacing those tiny moments when something didn't go smoothly enough or perhaps you just took waaay to large jump forward, didn't reach the step, got hurt and became scared of repeating it. The expansion of comfort zone will put forward your true power from within. It's not "fake it until you make it", but using your true potency and staying healthy š¤āØšā¤ļø
Case 2ļøā£: Overcoming limiting beliefs
This case is very interconnected with the first one š¤ A lot of times limiting beliefs stop us from progressing. Some of them are not really visible or are visible, but have many tiny ones underneath. Those tiny ones are not only barriers but are also sucking out your energy for nothing but your disempowerment. How to change that and experience positive shifts in your life, you can read in my book š¤āØšā¤ļø
Many blessings to you dear reader! ššš«
